Unpeeled: Ezza Rose – “When the Water’s Hot”

Here’s a pleasant acoustic video that will clear your mind. Throughout this song, Ezza Rose floats her soothing voice over a softly plucked progression that would calm any listener.

As she repeats each chorus with the phrase “take me home, California,”  she lets each note ring out on her guitar, creating a beautiful, lullaby-like repetition.

Be sure to catch Ezza Rose on Sept. 23, when she performs at the Pacific Northwest Brew Cup in Astoria!

“When the Water’s Hot” was performed by Ezza Rose and was recorded December 18th, 2015 in Portland, Oregon. The video features footage from camera operator Michael Reiersgaard and was edited by Darren Hartman. Audio for this video was recorded and mixed by Matthew Thomson.
