On April 30th the 'Stand was treated to great live performances from Towering Trees and The Shy Seasons. The show inaugurated our new, redesigned space.
The night began with a spirited performance from The Shy Seasons. One of the younger bands we've captured recently, The Shy Seasons delivered a driving set that we can't wait to release. We're expecting big things from these guys.
Towering Trees closed the night with a stellar performance that they were kind enough to extend (at audience request) for several encores. With a richness that defies the groups deceptively simple instrumentation, Towering Trees played both favorites from the Proto EP and new tracks that confirmed the band's development and promise. Another live set we can't wait to get to you.
This was also our first show in the redesigned Banana Stand, which now features improved lighting, greatly increased space and live monitors for the bands. These are just a few of the upgrades we have planned for the summer, so be sure you get to the 'Stand for our upcoming shows!
