What We Do
Banana Stand Media creates live albums from multi-track recordings of intimate shows held at The Banana Stand, a secret house venue in Southeast Portland.
Live shows are recorded for free and profits from music distribution and licensing are typically split 40% Band, 40% 'Stand and 20% Mixer.
The Banana Stand's goals are:
- preserving Portland's live sound and making it highly accessible forever,
- offering a new stream of revenue to artists with very low time investment, and
- generating a sustainable, accelerated model for content creation and distribution.
Who We Are
Banana Stand Media is a content website/record label based in Portland, Oregon. We operate the aforementioned Banana Stand, a secret venue in SE Portland.
